Enrolling at Grace School of Theology and Ministry
Your application is welcome if you have placed faith in Christ and are committed to intensive preparation for the ministry. The Admissions committee consider it a privilege to pray individually for each candidate, carefully considering each person as a prospective student. Applicants should be high school graduates and must present commendable references, including a pastoral reference. All other applicants may be considered on an individual basis for probationary admission.
Academic Requirements
The courses of Grace School of Theology and Ministry are designed for high school graduates. Applicants to the degree program must have a high school diploma or its equivalent (G.E.D. Certificate of Eligibility), or must have completed a minimum of 45 quarter (30 semester) units of work at a recognized college, with an earned grade point average of 2.0 ("C") or better. All students in both the degree and diploma programs must maintain a 2.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 system) throughout their entire program in order to graduate.
Spiritual Requirements
Your application is welcome if you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ and are committed to intensive preparation for the ministry. Applicants are expected to be in fellowship with a local church. In accordance with the school's stated philosophy of providing training for those who desire preparation for various areas of Christian service, the student's character is required to meet the Scriptural qualifications for ministry as seen in I Timothy 3. Students whose lifestyle, in the consideration of the administration, fails to meet these qualifications will be dismissed.
At the beginning of the first quarter of each academic year the student must submit an "Annual Statement of Christian Stewardship" to the registrar. The form indicates the students involvement in his local church and will be a part of the registration packet for the second quarter
Doctrinal Requirements
Grace School of Theology and Ministry is an independent school which is thoroughly committed to the proclamation of the great historic doctrines of the Christian church. Grace School definitely and positively affirms historic orthodoxy in the framework of an evangelical and premillennial theology, as derived from a literal, grammatical/historical interpretation of the Bible. We earnestly endeavor to make these great doctrinal truths a vital reality in the spiritual life of the student. The school's sole aim is to effectively train students who believe and propagate the great doctrines of the faith as they are summarized in our Doctrinal Statement. All students are required to read the Doctrinal Statement and to submit to the school file a written statement regarding differing views.
Record Retention
Grace School of Theology and Ministry is required by law to maintain student records for a period of only five years.

Costs
Grace School of Theology and Ministry is a private, non-sectarian institution supported by tuition fees and individual donations. Although no loans or scholarships are presently available, fees are kept to a minimum for the benefit of the student.
