Application Checklist

The checklist on the following page is provided to assist the applicant in successfully and efficiently completing the application and registration procedure. Applications for all new students, along with required supporting documents, are due in the Office of the Registrar one calendar month before the beginning of the academic quarter for which you are applying.

Upon receipt of your application and related documentation and fees by the Registrar's Office, the Admissions Committee will perform an evaluation of your education and experience. They will then pray individually for each candidate, carefully considering each person as a prospective student.

When the review process has been completed, the Registrar's Office will notify you of the Admissions Committee's decision. If your application is accepted you will be sent a schedule of classes for the current quarter, along with specific instructions where and when to report for class registration. If your application is not accepted, your Matriculation Fee and Tuition Deposit will be refunded. The Application Processing Fee is non-refundable.
