Returning Students:  Fill out Registration Form and one Enrollment Confirmation Form (ONE PER CLASS) and drop off or mail with the appropriate tuition and fees to:  Registrar, Grace School of Theology & Ministry, 140 Gregory Lane, Ste. 180, Pleasant Hill, CA  94523.  Office Hours:  Tuesdays/Thursdays 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Please Note:  Office will be closed for Christmas Break December 22 to January 5, 2009.  We resume the above office hours beginning January 6, 2009.

 Not a Grace School Student?  Fill out the Application Form below as well as the Registration Forms and mail or drop off forms to the above address.

NEW STUDENTS:  Please download this application and fill out completely.  You will also need to fill out a current registration form and mark the classes that you wish to register.

Mail or drop off completed application forms and registration forms with appropriate fees by check to:

Office Hours:  Tuesdays/Thursdays 1:00-8:30 p.m.   Please note the Grace School office will be closed for Christmas break December 22 to January 5, 2009.  We will resume the previously mentioned office hours beginning January 6, 2009.
