Returning Students:  Fill out Registration Form and one Enrollement Confirmation Form (ONE PER CLASS) and drop off or mail with the appropriate tuition and fees to:  Registrar, 140 Gregory Lane, Ste. 180, Pleasant Hill, CA  94523.  Office Hours:  Tuesdays/Thursdays 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. until September 30.

 Not a Grace School Student?  Fill out the application form below as well as the Registration forms and mail or drop off the forms to the above address.

NEW STUDENTS:  Please download this application and fill out completely.  You will also need to fill out a current registration form and mark the classes that you wish to register.
